Corrections welcome

Especially about your own station

If a shop has closed, an exit has moved or a fare has changed, we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.

Who to contact for official matters

  • Lost property, fare disputes, faulty cards — the operator of the line: SMRT (North South, East West, Circle, Thomson-East Coast, Bukit Panjang LRT) or SBS Transit (North East, Downtown, Sengkang and Punggol LRT).
  • Card refunds and SimplyGo accounts — a SimplyGo ticket office, or the SimplyGo app.
  • Network policy, new lines, fares — the Land Transport Authority (lta.gov.sg) and the Public Transport Council.
