Who is responsible

The operator of singaporemrt.org is responsible for the personal data processed on this site. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us. We use them only to answer you. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list.
• Server logs: your IP address, browser and the pages you request — the ordinary technical record every web server keeps, used to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics and advertising: aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the site is used, plus cookies set by advertising partners.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box and send the message, and we keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority; if you are in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you equivalent rights.

Third parties

This site uses Cloudflare (delivery and security), a hosting provider, and advertising partners such as Google. Those partners process data under their own privacy policies. We never pass your contact-form message to an advertiser.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes we will update this page. It was last reviewed in July 2026.
