Punggol Coast station in detail

Punggol Coast MRT station in Singapore — North East Line (NE18)
NE18

Punggol Coast is the newest station on the entire MRT network, opening on 10 December 2024 as the North East Line's new northern terminus. It was built to serve the Punggol Digital District, a business park integrated with the new Singapore Institute of Technology campus, which together are expected to bring more than 28,000 workers and 12,000 students through the area. The station itself is modern by design, with sheltered walkways to bus stops and taxi stands and more than 300 free bicycle parking spaces. A shopping mall planned for the site, Punggol Coast Mall, is still to open, so for now the area feels like a campus and business district still filling in around a very new station.
