Farmway station in detail

Farmway MRT station in Singapore — Sengkang LRT (SW2)
SW2

Farmway opened in 2007 specifically to serve Anchorvale Community Club and the housing developments that had grown up around it, and it sits on Anchorvale Street with an exit on each side of the road. The community club itself is a four-storey building notable for being Singapore's first co-located next to a river and alongside a sports complex, with a riverfront café among its amenities, and Sengkang Riverside Park and Sengkang Sports Centre are both within easy walking distance. It's the second stop out from Sengkang on the West Loop — a short ride there, but a long way back round if you don't retrace your steps.

Yes, Sengkang Riverside Park is about a six-minute walk, alongside Sengkang Sports Centre, both close to Anchorvale Community Club near the station, making this one of the greener stops on the loop.
