Dover MRT station

Dover station in detail

Dover is a small, mostly residential station best known for serving Dover Court International School and the nearby Singapore Polytechnic campus. It was added to the line in 2001, later than the stations around it, to serve a growing student population, and it remains one of the quieter East West Line stations outside peak school and college hours. There is little commercial development immediately around the station beyond a small row of shops, so it functions mainly as a residential and school-run stop rather than a place to linger.
