Orchard Boulevard station in detail

Orchard Boulevard opened on 13 November 2022, one stop north of Orchard itself, underneath the tree-lined boulevard at the junction with Grange Road. It sits in the quieter, more residential end of the Orchard Road precinct, surrounded by five-star hotels — the Four Seasons, Jen Singapore Tanglin, The Regent Singapore and Orchard Rendezvous Hotel are all close by — rather than the shopping malls further south. Camden Medical Centre and the older Tanglin Shopping Centre, known for antiques and specialist retailers, are both within reach on foot. It works well as a base for visitors who want proximity to Orchard Road's shops and restaurants without staying in the busiest, noisiest stretch of it.

Facilities at Orchard Boulevard
Orchard Boulevard is a quieter alternative to alighting at Orchard itself if your hotel is at the Tanglin end of the shopping belt — it saves a walk back up from the busier interchange station.

Orchard Boulevard — frequently asked questions
Orchard Boulevard is served only by the Thomson-East Coast Line, coded TE13, between Napier and Orchard. Trains run underground in both directions from about 05:30 until around midnight, roughly every few minutes off-peak.
One stop, about two minutes by train, or a walkable distance for those staying nearby who prefer not to change trains for such a short hop between the two stations.
Reasonably; Napier station, one stop further, is closer still, with an exit that leads almost directly to the Tanglin Gate entrance of the Singapore Botanic Gardens itself, a short ride away.
