Hillview MRT station

Hillview station in detail

One stop south of Cashew, Hillview opens straight onto HillV2, a family mall with a supermarket, cinema and a run of restaurants around a central atrium — an exit puts you at its door in under five minutes. The station takes its name from the surrounding Hillview estate, a mix of condominiums and older landed housing built into the slopes below Bukit Timah. The Rail Mall, a low-rise strip of restaurants and cafes converted from a row of shophouses along the old railway corridor, is a short bus ride or a 15-minute walk further up Upper Bukit Timah Road. Dairy Farm Nature Park's entrances are also within reach on foot for anyone wanting a walk before or after.

Facilities at Hillview
HillV2's supermarket and food options make Hillview a sensible place to stock up before heading into the nature reserves nearby — there's nowhere to buy food or water once you're on the trails at Dairy Farm or Bukit Batok.
