Upper Changi station in detail

Upper Changi is effectively SUTD's own station: an underground linkway from one exit leads directly into the Singapore University of Technology and Design campus, so students and staff never have to step outside. The station also serves the Changi Business Park directly across the road, a cluster of office buildings for technology and engineering firms, along with the residential estates further along Upper Changi Road East. It sits one stop short of Expo, the line's eastern terminus and the interchange point for the East West Line's shuttle branch to Changi Airport, making Upper Changi a practical, if unglamorous, base for anyone with business at the university or the business park rather than a stop for sightseeing.
